Peyton and Marc are twins. They was born at 26 weeks. He has a twin sister whos amniotic fluid was ruptured at 22 weeks. It was a miracle they lasted for a month inside. When Marc was born he was very very sick. His lungs were so underdevoploped they leaked and he had to have 3 chest tubes placed. Becuase of the lack of lung pressure Marc's brain bleed and led to brain damage. He also had a drain across his tummy to let out the air that leaked from his lungs. Marc has been in intensive therapy since the day he was discharged at 3 months old. He was diagnosed with CP when he was six months old. When marc was 14 months old he had heart surgery to clsoe a valve as a result of his prematurity. Marc has daily therapy and continues to overcome so much. He is a joy to all that know him.
